Ryan Estrada Guest Pinup!

I recently met Ryan Estrada at Ypsilanti’s Ink & Stein, a once a month, drink-and-draw, comic art group that I’ve been attending since it started sometime around the middle of last year. It’s a particularly cool group because regular attendance has been strong and we seem to continue to bring in new folks who are really passionate about what they do. Ryan has been the latest example of this. If his name sounds really familiar (it did to me) it may be because of the many, many, guest strips that he’s done over the years for comics all over the web.

We chatted for a while and exchanged some examples of work and I had the pleasure of receiving my first pinup from another creator. I’m pretty geeked about it and I wanted to share it with all of you.

I hope Ryan will forgive me for not cleaning up the sketch lines before posting this, but I’ve always enjoyed seeing the process behind the work and this is no exception.
